Does anyone even deliver for this app? – Grubhub: Food Delivery Review

The last 4 times I've used the grub hub app, my order takes over 2 hours to be picked up from the restaurants leading me to just cancel the orders. I'll call the restaurants who claim that my orders have been ready for over 30-45 min and have been waiting on the driver to arrive. In most cases, restaurants have needed to remake my order and are able to do so before the drivers arrive making this app a cost rather a profit. This is absolutely absurd. No order should take 2 hours when the grub hub app says it will take 45-60min delivery time. I hesitate using this app any longer in the future and will cease to do so due to the inconvenience.
