Be careful if you use this app/service

I stopped using Grub Hub after I tried to submit an order one night and got no confirmation(weird). So I tried to follow up with the help feature, then email and then finally by calling...got nothing. So instead of waiting around for 2 hours and not knowing if food was arriving or not, we left to "forage" on our own...I got a phone call 90 minutes later when we were in the middle of a restaurant meal "Hey I have your order here can you open the door". Yeah, so I called GrubHub and told them what happened and they apologized for the glitch and admitted they had "lots of problems that night"...so I asked them to remove it from my bill and they refused. I told them I'd never use them again, still no credit applied on my charge card account ...so I haven't used them again and I won't. Caviar has much better food options, delivery times, app features, no glitches I've experienced. I use them now.

Really happy with the customer service grub hub provides. They took care of my issue no muss no fuss.
App is great but coupons never work

App is great and convenient. I just wish the coupons would work. Every time I find an online coupon, even though other people say they have success, it never works with the app.
App doesn't accept promo codes

Whether I copy and paste the "$7/$10 off" promo code, or if I tediously type it in manually, this app never accepts the code. "please make sure all fields are filled out" ? well, my address & credit card information are filled out & saved, so what other fields are there? Have had a few orders arrive significantly late and called GrubHub customer service for redress & mentioned the issue with the app not taking the promo codes. Still happening.

Every good restaurant with delivery listed, easy and quick payment. Hope they make it easier to "Favorite" a restaurant. The heart icon is still small. Also saving multiple addresses would be a plus
