This app used to be good. Now no restaurant in my area accepts cash. I have never stiffed a delivery driver, and I always pay OVER the 20% tip. Somebody ruined it, and instead of banning users, you ruin my user experience? This app is garbage and I blame the developers. Delete this app, and you will thank me later. They will make you regret using this app, I guarantee it.
Restaurant can deliver frozen/uncooked food!

First few orders were great, food delivery on time and fast. Then I ordered on late night, food came frozen / uncooked. After speaking with Grubhub they told us to speak with the restaurant to get our money back even with pictures to prove it, and the restaurant was returning the fault on Grubhub and telling us to complain to them. Anyway I think Grubhub should make it painless for their customers and deal with their restaurants. After this experience, I just stopped using this service. Actually easier to directly deal with a restaurant!

This app is the most amazing app I've ever got the food comes so fast it has the most amazing food in your area it's just such a diverse and you know wide range of different types of courses and cuisines this has literally been the most amazing food app made so far I love it.

There isn't an app I love or use more than Grubhub...especially on them fridays when I get off work late and my family is waiting for food when my wife can text me what they want and I meet the order home

I used to use them all the time. Now I never get my food and it is like pulling teeth to get a refund. I was disconnected two times today trying to get my order refunded. The service is no longer worth using.

Great app that makes it easy to order from thousands of options. Allows you to narrow down criteria (food type, ratings, price). My only suggestion: please ask for tip amount AFTER delivery has been made (the same way you tip Lyft drivers). I am a generous tipper and it is upsetting when drivers stay outside my building in their car and call me to come down, go outside and pick it up from them--tipping in advance allows for poor delivery service.
