God Awful Service – Grubhub: Food Delivery Review

If it weren't solely for the fact that my deliveries are frequently wrong or missing something, but instead of fixing a situation, they just refund you. Okay well, I still want that item... Then on top of that, my orders are more often than not being canceled and I get a phone call (of which I can't stand -- don't call me) asking "Is this so-and-so? Hi, I'm calling from GrubHub on a recorded line to notify you that unfortunately we had to cancel your order due to the restaurant not accepting the order." GUYS. IF THIS IS A CONSTANT ISSUE, DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. I AM SICK. AND. TIRED. OF THIS GARBAGE APP. Uninstalling. Don't waste your time with them.
