Can’t long in!!

I’ve been trying to get into my account that I made and it won’t work. Every time I do anything I get a message saying “something went wrong” Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I have been using group me for years, consistently at every location I’ve worked at. I love the ease of the app, but one thing that’s so stressful is that it won’t send anything after midnight. My store stays open late and we communicate our numbers in our chat, and it’s irritating not being able to send them when we need to. Would love for this to be fixed to continue to provide ease to users.

I get notifications from messages that never show up when you open the app, people think you’re ignoring them because your app doesn’t refresh at all. Uninstalled. :)

App does not work

I am unable to be added into any groups and no one can find me. I am able to direct message people but when they reply I don’t receive their messages. Useless. Fix the issue.

GroupMe is useful when creating groups that will evolve over time, adding and removing members. But the app often does not allow adding members with a repeated "failed to add member" message. Incredibly frustrating. I have yet to find a fix- not logging in on a web browser, nor restarting my device, or resyncing contacts has fixed the issue. This renders the app useless for my purposes. Fix it GroupMe.

The app is amazing. The reason I did not give it 5 stars because it lacks the pin capability. I run a group of female golfers and when we add new members I wish they had the opportunity to see earlier messages that are important without scrolling through so many old messages. Please add the pin capability soon.⛳️??‍♀️

For god knows what reason it notifies the entire group you’re in when you change your profile pic I had to leave the group and delete the app I hate it here

Garbage performance on IPad

GroupMe is my main form of communication most days, and I have tons of groups and direct chats with people and some of the groups are very active. This app on iPad is a slow and laggy piece of garbage that quite honestly should be embarrassing. It is borderline unusable when there is an even slightly active conversation going on.
