Laggy and Buggy lately

For the last couple months I’ve tried multiple things from resetting the phone to re-downloading the app, etc. yet the app still is extremely laggy. Also, when I try to type a description for a calendar event, it doesn’t allow me to edit anything unless I start from the beginning. Any help would be great, because otherwise a large chunk of your users will be switching to a new app due to necessity.

Trying to find or get information on how to use this app is very exhausting I do not understand how to use it I donot understand why messages are being receive by me

I own a group of college students and whenever hazing occurs, nothing can be done because I cannot delete inappropriate messages. I’m forced to switch to another messaging app so me and my 60+ college residents can have a safe online environment

I use this app to communicate with my clients. Sadly it constantly refuses to add people into a group chat to make it easier for mass messaging and it also freezes when i try to add someone via a link instead of QR code. Because of this it makes it difficult to communicate with my clients on one platform. i would use whatsapp instead but my other job uses it and i want to avoid confusion. Edit weeks later: still no resolution. Nothing fixes the problem and I can’t add my clients to my contacts nor can I add them to the group chats. Terrible app. Don’t recommend. Will delete and use a different one.

I cannot scan the QR code or link up with any of the various groups my classmates have tried adding me to over the past year. Absolute crap. The QR code kicks me out of the app every time.

I can’t copy/paste in the calendar with this iPhone 12. I never had this problem with my android. Fix it please. Ugh.
