Notification issue – Grabr - Global Shopping Review

I keep getting a notification "red circle" for a message, even when I've already read all of my messages. I think this is on purpose so the customer "keeps engaged" with the app. That's abusive and of very bad taste. Edit: As the other review said: the support team is a joke. I got automatically matched to an unwanted traveler because, according to them, I "pre-approved" that, when in reality I never pre-approved anything. And then they blocked my credit card after I cancelled only two times. Also, the support team took more than 48 hours to reply. Another issue with the payment was that the keyboard was not showing on the screen when it should be.
