Good Idea gone bad – Grabr - Global Shopping Review

The application was initially decent but with each update there are more options removed for the customer. Their customer support is not only bad but confrontational. In my opinion they are a little deceitful as well. They offer to match you up with travelers going to your country to bring you the items that you want. But they commonly will contract (pay) a traveler that you do not know, to deliver dozens and dozens of items to different people. I used to be a customer but no more.
