Haven't paid me back in over a month – Grabr - Global Shopping Review

I delivered over $2,000 of goods mid-August and have not been paid back. Despite numerous attempts to reach them they have said the issue would be resolved then not resolved the issue and closed my inquiry when I asked more questions. I am not alone with this issue but the failure of the app to take responsibility or communicate is appalling. This app used to be great but is now absolutely not worth anyone's trust.
