Can’t log in anymore

Tried to do my unemployment last week and it refused to log me in, not that I should have been logged out in the first place. Even reset my password and it still refuses, had to use mobile site instead

It’s like the new app is going out of its way to discourage someone from booking the Covid-19 testing. If something isn’t broke why try to fix it? I’ve been having the hardest time trying to locate how I can book an appointment and I still can’t find it. I ask the chat and it’s telling me if I missed my appointment book another one. I try to word it differently but I continue to get the same answer. This is annoying and quite frankly an unnecessary update change.

App no longer loads since about October. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, tried on my tablet instead, etc. Only the website works. Everyone I’ve talked to is having the same issues.

This app is now supposed to be used to submit UI claims but there isn’t even a space for that! I do t see any tab for filing weekly claims. The VEC hasn’t even contacted me about my claim from Dec 9! When calling the number it says my claim can’t be processed due to an outstanding matter but they haven’t sent any correspondence to correct said matter! I keep filing my weekly claim and yet you e switched to this app which doesn’t tell you anything about anything!

The app had bugs but was still somewhat functional up until the latest update a month ago. Now it’s about as dysfunctional as the American government.

Gov2Go was working perfectly fine for me up till recently. I haven’t been getting any new messages, and I contacted them, and they still didn’t help me understand why I haven’t been getting any important updates about PUA, but other people I know are still getting important updates. I have no clue what else to do, they’re terrible at answering questions.

The feel is off at times and I can’t seem to always see what I want at a quick glance. It should also be location based. Don’t care about what Colorado is doing when I am in Carolina. ? Just show me what services that are available to me. #LBS
