The absolute worst
Bored & Angry
Every time I try to create an account it’s always saying “unable to create account”. So annoying ! This app and the entire website is just faulty and inconvenient.
Can’t file weekly claims

At first the app was working to file my weekly claims. Now whenever I try to do my weekly claim, it keeps kicking me out to page before. Because of this I haven’t been able to get my unemployment in over a month.

The process to start works but the file weekly was nonexistent. I had to call every time. Never gave updates to why payments weren’t coming through and always told me I didn’t have weeks but would pay. Totally backwards. Have had to reapply four times and never accepted my pin but would still pay

But why do I keep getting code 403 forbidden? Last week it did this with my cell internet (TMOBILE) when my wifi was down. NO problem on my Cox wifi until this morning. Through app or going online it’s says code 403 forbidden Can you all please fix this issue. Other than that I love the app I just pray the VEC updates the app more with personal claim information.

Could not get registered for Covid test—“no results found.” Extreme frustration at no progress and loss of 2 hours’ worth of time and gas.

The app logs out after only a couple minutes. You have to log in over and over again. Nothing of real substance on it. I downloaded it just to register for the Covid test and that was convoluted and unorganized. The flow of the app makes little sense.
