Unless you’ve been completely unplugged for the last year, you know there’s a big election coming up. Most of us know who’s running for president. But what about the local ballot initiatives you’ll get to vote on? Who are your choices for state representative or city alderman? And when you can vote early in your district?
We’re excited to release new features that will help you answer these questions and more as you get ready to vote in November. Gov2Go now connects to your official voter registration record with the Arkansas Secretary of State so you can:
- View voter registration and general election dates on your Timeline
- Get email reminders with important details about early voting and Election Day
- View a sample ballot for your district with races and issues you can vote on
- See where to vote on Election Day
- Get a voter registration application mailed to you (if you aren’t registered yet, hop to it! You have until October 10th to be eligible to vote in November)

I’m not sure what’s going on with the developer of the site with ALL the recent login issues of not having the ability to file claims through the site. There are errors over the phone which hinders you from attempting to do your claim over the phone! So unfortunately I’m very upset to have to call her tomorrow to be placed on hold to then be disconnected! V/R Crystal

Have been using this app for a couple months now, never had problems. Now all of a sudden I was signed out and apparently my passwords won’t work. I’ve tried resetting my password but even that won’t load. Some sort of bug needs fix now

Intentionally inefficient? Or a joke? What’s the purpose if not functioning? After completing and saving required long application you receive confirmation. But when you go back to access it- not there at all- vanishes.

The weekly claims for unemployment insurance is impossible with this interface. Clerks at the office don’t even know because the UI is inconsistent. Basically it seems it was designed to add more headache to your pandemic affected life instead helping.
What happened - zero functionality

Worked well for weekly VA UI claim the first few weeks. Now I cannot submit a claim no matter what I do. No notifications. Nothing. Worse than useless given the lack of tech support.
COVID Test scheduling doesn’t work

I’ve just downloaded this to make it operational so I can get tested to return to work tomorrow. I’m fairly savvy with phone tech, but can’t get this app to respond to what I need. The chat is completely useless. It definitely seems to be a typical government “help”.

IOS fingerprint login doesn’t work .The log in is down today. Previously The my messages tab was glitching out and didn’t allow scrolling. You could only view the top 2 messages. Works fine if accessed from a browser. Update: I was able to login the app manually. My best guess is it was refusing to accept log in with fingerprints. The messages issue is still there.

HELLOOOOOOO Gov2go, Virginia’s are suffering here. I personally used to be able to file my weekly claim on this app...that’s not even an option anymore now? Why? I can’t access any of my documents including my tax form, why? Please please please update the features.

The fact that test results are hidden behind an app is bad enough, but having that app not even work is borderline evil. People need to be able to access this critical information during a pandemic.

I have never had as many problems as I do with this app. It’s been days and I’ve been trying to file a new claim and it keeps saying it’s down for maintenance. This is ridiculous. It’s also very hard to navigate and when I was filing weekly claims I had to unenroll and enroll again for it even to come up. I don’t know why this app was even released with all these problems.
