I just downloaded this haven’t used it yet. But after reading the reviews looks like it may have a lot of issues. Here goes.

I’m being notified that I need to update version but I only added this app 1 month ago and the latest update was 3 months ago. Ehen I hit update it takes me to the App Store but does not allow an update to occur. HELP!

The AI for “asks me” is an idiot. All the answers it gives have NOTHING to do with my questions and I can’t help somewhere to get a real person

I literally never write reviews besides star ranking but I had to write to express how frustrating this update is on the app. The app worked perfectly fine for what it was being used for.. schedule testing, they updated to add more features now it’s almost impossible to figure out where to schedule testing. The chat doesn’t help for anything. Once you finally figure out how to schedule testing the page keeps freezing on the consent form waiver and won’t go past that.. and no it’s not my internet. Some things should really just be left the way they are, it’s a difficult update I can’t imagine an older person like my grandparents figuring this out.. seems disorganized although I’m sure they were trying to be more organized. Regardless I need the app to schedule the antigen rapid testing but unfortunate that they had to make something simple pretty complicated.

App does nothing when I put in my login credentials. Also app is not compatible with the Apple iPhone strong password feature. I have to uninstall dead app now.
