Is there something wrong with the app? Why can i no longer connect my hero 5 to the app? First it would show, we found your camera, then on the process of connecting it shows "loss connection".

This app is useless. I’ve been on it for two hours and I can’t even get a 2 minute video. I paid for the extra features and I have yet to create a good video. I regret paying the extra cash for this

I just installed it guys. I’ve been a computer technical specialist for 40 years and maybe that’s the problem but so far the operation of the app is not “discoverable”. It should be easy to edit a simple video…like on an iPhone but….well you asked me to rate it after I’ve only had it for 30 minutes.

I gave this app a one star review because I can’t leave a zero star review. This app kills workflow. This is my second bad review about this app, I feel the same way about the GoPro. I waste more time fooling around with operating the app, same thing with the camera; always having to reconnect. It’s always asking if you want to connect. I should do a GoPro video about this, first person view of what it’s like to use a GoPro and the quick app. Whenever you’re trying to get a quick shot of something that isn’t gonna stay still for longer than a minute. I’m spending 30 minutes to an hour trying to connect my camera while missing all the shots while everybody else is having fun. I also feel like GoPro spends more money having fun than spending it on research and development. None of these devices even come fully functional until months after their release. It’s also a terrible web cam for live streaming.

Almost impossible to cut clips and put them together into a project. Basically your only option is to download your videos and let GoPro cut them into a project, where you get little 3-5 second segments all mashed together. Terrible software.
