Unable to Join the Network

When I try to connect the App to the camera to view or download media, this is the message I get. I always have to manually connect to my computer to pull media from GoPro. This is beyond frustrating.

App is not intuitive, takes too many steps to do simple things like download media, and takes another few more steps to download to device storage. Editing section is filled with “Junk” options that perhaps no one uses. And is missing many essential functions.
No LIVE Video

Please explain Why there is no live streaming preview while video recording from the QUIK app of what I am recording with my GoPro. It seems like you would want to see what the GoPro is recording for viewing angle purposes. This makes the app pretty useless in my opinion. Part Two… Thanks for the response. I followed the link provided and it looks like The Hero 9 and Hero 10 unfortunately do NOT offer LIVE VIEW “while” recording Video - am I missing something ? (I own a Hero 9 Black)
Auto upload does not work

HERO 10 owner here. Been trying to get my videos uploaded automatically via the Quik app. It does not work. Even tried to manually upload it via web browser and the gopro subscription site will fail half way. Beyond frustrating

I had the gopro 9 for a year. App is terrible. Cannot connect. Have to use the SD card to manually download video and pictures

Horrible at connecting app with camera. It actually connects fine, but if you want to view or download any media from your GoPro to your; I hope you have all day. It if ever does work, which is rarely, it is painfully slow. This has always been the case, through multiple versions of the iPhone. I was really hoping when I got the GoPro 10 Black that this was going to be the game changer. But no luck! I still want to pull my hair out trying to get media from camera to phone.
