They kind of overhyped it and it’s stupid that you can’t save edits. iMovie is great for this though.

Really great capabilities but the user interface is not very intuitive. Same with the on-camera UI.

Love the quick and easy Editing and Highlight feature. Can make good quality quick shareable videos in seconds!!

H7. Me and my partner have tried iPhone and galaxy. And every little thing that the “support hub” said that we should try. No way to connect at all… the wifi function we reset so many times and it either says the password is wrong when it is exactly what is shows on the info, or just talking me to make sure the camera is on and close when it absolutely is. Nothing but disappointment. Why pay this much to buy a GoPro then. Get a cheaper one and that would connect to your phone mmmmmuch easier.

Sure, it’s slick and it makes fun videos with minimal effort. The edit to music makes the edits fun… though it isn’t really telling much of a story. The downsides are numerous. - My iPad quickly gets completely full of footage. Deleting footage doesn’t free space. You have to delete and re-install Quik. - fine tuning edits is nearly impossible. It’s very hard to shift beginning and end of shots, to raise the audio and lower music for a decent soundbite, or to simply delete a single bad shot. - the titling is mystifying. - a solid manual would be very helpful. Just fix these problems and you’d have a really great app. As it is, i use it for videos that I just don’t want to spend much time on.

I love the app on my phone and iPad but I recently bought a macbook and I was excited to get the app to transfer all my videos and there's not one. My macbook doesn't have a USB port so I was really hopping to have the app and be able to transfer everything wireless to my macbook to start editing my videos. I'm so disappointed.
