If it wasn’t for this go link I wouldn’t be able to go get some groceries to feed myself today thank you for not getting rid of our bus,...a lot of people out this way have to it to access to stores and go to Buckner where I’ll be heading afterwards... As a person who has recently moved to Dallas this app is a life saver, it helps me manage my time to see which type of ticket I should buy, also it shows the remaining time of the ticket to be used and it is super convenient for people of all ages cause you may lose your printed ticket or the ink may fade but no one will forget their cellphone ever. Plus, it is user friendly.

Don’t even know if I can trust the app to get where I need to get. Mainly it’s always showing the wrong times on the wrong days for the wrong busses. Only good thing about it is the online ticket buying.
Trip Planner Could Be Better

I wish that the trip planner was a bit better than Google Maps and Apple Maps. Since GO is your app, one would think the planner would be better. Also, it’s not clear whether or not you can use a day pass on the GoLink.

Nice app. REALLY need to add the simple rail times. Too hard to figure out what time TexRail leaves each station.
