Great for Tickets only

i used this app to buy my DART tickets and it works wonderfully. However, if I just simply want to know how to get from one station to another, it is abysmal. For example; I wanted to know the route and times from Parker Road to Victory. You would expect the app to give you a list of stations to pick from, but it is a free form field. If I enter Parker Road, it picks some location in CO, instead of the Parker Road station in Plano!!!

This is the world's worst app. It is not configured properly at all. I have had to reinstall and install the app on multiple occasions because it wouldn't let me buy a ticket. At one point I called customer service to ask what is going on she explained that if you delete your credit card profile and add it back on it should work. Which is the most irrelevant in the worst way to solve this issue it had nothing to do with the credit card profile, There needs to be better fixes is in place. No one has time in the morning to try and sit there and purchase a ticket by installing and uninstalling the app as well as deleting their credit card information and adding it all back in a billion times. Please fix ur app if you want more commuters to give you business!!

Never had an app work this poorly. Can't even make a single purchase or create a password without getting an error. I have to delete it because it's completely useless. Back to the kiosk it is....

I tried to use this app on an up to date iPhone SE to buy tickets and look up bus info, but the app wouldn’t even launch when I downloaded it. I just so happened to open it while I was using WiFi a couple of days later and it begins to work. The ticket you must buy and activate while using WiFi or it won’t work. Super inconvenient when I’m out and about only using my LTE connection. This needs to be fixed because the app wasn’t like this before.

I am not sure why there are negative reviews. This GoPass application works like a charm. It makes it so easy to get a ticket. You just get on and then purchase the ticket in the comfort of your seat.

ITS PHENOMENAL. It’s load times are almost not even there. Everything is so fluid and now fits the iphone 7 Plus

I like it. Easy to use , easy fast do skip the ticket machines :) no delay at machine so you can get in the train or bus faster . The only thing is that make sure your phone is charged well . Ir boom no proof of ticket :;
