They customer can be trash sometimes

I accidentally bought a extra ticket I didn’t need and activated it on accident. I called customer service an they said they might issue a refund but they also may not. I wasn’t needing nor asking for a refund just possibly a voucher to replace the used one but customer service said they still might not help. Please be aware there return policy is a dumpster fire also customer isn’t helpful at all.

The new app update asks for location permissions on iOS. This is a privacy and safety concern.
Train delay info is wrong

Train arrival times is wrong so much, especially on the weekends. This also applies to the Go Pass app. Also does not match the digital arrival sign at the stations. At least the Fare Enforcement officers don’t ask to see my Annual Pass on my phone while in the tunnel, where it cannot connect to the internet to update/show the pass is still valid.
Good app, doesn’t refresh after buying ticket

When you buy a ticket it just stays on the loading screen. Have to close the app entirely and open again to see your ticket.
Random ticket purchases

Sometimes and somehow right when I’m about to buy a ticket it shows me an unused ticket that already been paid for but i I don’t remember paying for it, and I also noticed that the 7 day weekly passes are no longer available for purchase, why was this removed?
Can’t combine tickets from different companies

App is ok, but not being able to buy trinity and dart tickets at the same time is not really convenient.
