I can’t quite put my trip down the same way as online to figure out my schedule. Not a fan.

Imprecise trip directions

The app gives me odd and imprecise results, forcing me to go to my computer to get correct trip planning guidance.

Been a moment of time that I been on a bus or train. Remember the old time’s I use to use quarters and wait in line each bus ride. Thanks to GoPass, it’s been easy to move around Dallas with my daughter and she loves the experience.

I don’t know how anyone unfamiliar with the language, a visitor or less equipped than myself could navigate the transportation system in this town. It is super confusing and expensive. It’s almost like they don’t want people to use the trains. I had to use the transit app to figure out when my train leaves… then come back to this one to buy tickets.

We need 24 hour transportation and more areas to sit on the routes, especially in front of section 8 Apts like “Hope Valley 61st $ Peoria, where people can’t afford transportation. However, I appreciate what we currently have. Please ask riders what is needed. Believe me riders know because we are the ones riding. Thank you for TULSA MTTA!

Trip planning and favorites poor

Trip planning is better on the website. The app doesn’t offer all possibilities and in some cases omits the best one! Also the app doesn’t have route maps, those are just on the website. And favorites are limited to favorite stops, not favorite routes. Being able to save favorite routes as well as stops is what I had wanted from the app. So I still have to use the website. The app does make paying easier.

Wrong times

The times are completely wrong. Sat at a stop waiting for a train and sat there for a whole hour while the app said there were 4 trains that would come by
