What a nightmare

Ever since pairing my Titan key I’m stuck in an endless sign on loop. Cannot access my Gmail.
Doesn’t work with Bluetooth keys in iOS 13

It seems we’re not able to get new users to connect through their Titan yubikey through Bluetooth nor does the app support the new hardware yubikeys (5Ci). Looks like we have wait for Google to update this app to support either one.

Unfortunately the whole setup with Google’s Titan keys and Smartlock is flawed. After a few hours of frustration I’m returning the keys and looking for an iOS friendly solution.

Requires several attempts and restarts before it finally asks for BLE connection, on both iPhone and iPad. After username and password, will just freeze or jump back to App Store. Took quite some time before I got it to work. But in the end I got it.
Bluetooth is required for iOS

Sadly, a Bluetooth security key is required for Advanced Protection Program on iOS. This is an alarming oversight.

This app does not work at all on my iPhone running most recent iOS. It just hangs in an endless loop or sends me back to the App Store as though I hadn't set it up. Makes the $50 titan security key a complete waste of money.

Just purchased the key and am stuck in the endless looping issue that others have experienced. Truly horrible experience that now causes me to turn off this type of security.
