Bluetooth key is still not working - although it is connected by the phone when I press the button on the key, and the key shows up in the app’s list. App still takes me to the pairing page whenever I click the button on the key. After that I can generate one single code and then need to pair again. I verified the app has Bluetooth permissions in the iOS privacy settings. Perhaps Smart Lock still needs to be updated for iOS 14. USB key still works. Needs to add NFC support too.

I honestly don’t want to give it two stars but anyway my school made me download this and we need to put the security code in and every time I would put it in my computer it would not let me in and it was just pure annoying I don’t understand why we need this and if we really need this at least put something easier I just honestly don’t like my experience with this app.

When you try to enter google account with titan yubikey the app ask you to run smart lock! It is endlessly!

This stupid app won’t allow a sign/register my accounts using the USB key (which I’d prefer), because it wants me to use THIS EXACT APP in order to validate my sign in! How can I sign into this Smart Lock app using another Smart Lock app, when this is the only smart lock app I have/use? It won’t provide the USB key option or any other option to sign into it. Pathetic is not the word.

Why can’t you leave it alone and stop changing your sign in every month you add something different and I don’t have my phone every second or my devices I just need to check my email on my desktop but I’ve got a find another device to use at the same time what’s wrong with username and password because I’m using that plus fingerprint plus phone on my iPad it’s tiresome

This app has been frustratingly difficult to set up and at this point I’m over it. I’ve been attempting to set up an account for Google drive that I don’t have a yubikey adapter for...it directs me to this app as the email address requires a 2 step verification. I come here to the app to add the account and get a temp code only to find that the app takes me through the same process ending with asking me for a temporary code. ....which is why I’m here In the first place. How exactly do I get a temp code from the app that requires a temp code from the same app??

Impossible to pair the Bluetooth key to my phone! It asks for the six digit code from the back of the key, but there is no on-screen keyboard to use to input the code!

The app opened up chrome and asks me to sign in. I enter my email address then the loading bar just scrolls for hours. All other Google apps say I have to use SmartLock to get a secure code, but SmartLock never even asks me to enter my password. Guess Google apps just don't work on IOS any more.
