Adding Member /Updating Slow

When you add family member or a second parent, it takes a while for it to add the person and to update your family group..on yours and their phones. So give it 10-30 min to update and add the person.

This crap completely locked up my daughters tablet. Couldn't buy apps, couldn't change accounts, just stopped at parental control setup and even though it was setup would not let me continue. I couldn't reset the device to wipe it clean. Obviously calling support was ZERO help. I almost just threw the goddamn thing out. I will NEVER buy another Google based product. Just unnecessarily bad.

I don’t like it I can’t even get to a website without telling my guardian to allow it and it’s just a sign up sheet to enter a class but somehow to family link they call it inappropriate like what!?

So many back doors to this app

Had this on my sons phone and he still found ways to to view adult images and videos. Though it dose block the big name websites like pornhub

Disappointed it doesn’t with with iOS Devices

Seems like a good app but disappointed that it doesn’t work with iPhones or iPads to limit screen time. Useless app for me but if you had an android phone I’m sure it would be good. Any considerations to expanding to iOS devices?

Good tool, but almost always has sync issues...

Good tool when it works. Seems like I can never sync when I make changes, like add more time or.lock account. Infuriating when I am not around to override with parental code.

It was great for a while but it kept asking for my permission and it got annoying fast. This app got in the way of me trying to open the chrome. I had to go back and forth with out the help of youtube I probably wouldn’t have gotten into the laptop. Please avoid this app and save yourself the headache. BTW this app is for Androids which means I didn’t have access to everything. The negative comments are telling the true don’t be fooled by the rating. I hope that you all have a lovely day :).

I can’t manage settings for one of the family members. There are no instructions for troubleshooting. I prefer Life 360. This app is useless to me.

This is worst app without allowing sufficient activities. It does math incorrectly. I am just unable to delete my family link account
