Some settings like track Apple Pencil doesn’t work, really frustrating

While the app is outstanding for the astounding amount of features it offers (on a mobile device even), it is difficult to use, crashes often, and it does no handle basic features well. The interface works poorly on a small screen device. While on the background, the APP is suspended often (or simply crashes), yet the APP often fails to restore to its last reading position, which means the users have to start turning pages from the beginning again. This means that although the APP is great at processing PDF files, it is not good at reading a long PDF book.

There simply isn’t a better PDF viewer available. There aren’t any features you could want. This has everything. Just get this.

The latest version has tons of bugs. It is 2021 now and scrolling text has performance issues where the text is blurry. I understand that a long time ago we had to cope with hardware limitations. But now… Also many times the app is unable to open external files and requires restarting. The whole file management seems arcane and needs restructuring. But worst of all is the fact that searching or highlighting text can crash your iPad. I do not recommend it until such glaring issues are fixed.

only thing I miss is opposite page binding direction. Books in Asia and Middle Eastern need to be right to left, opposite direction from regular books. so they will be wrong page order in current situation, it’s hard to read.

Well thought out format and very helpful/functional annotation tools. Reliable security features. iCloud syncing makes multiple device use optimum. Highly recommend. Been using for 5 years. Kudos to the developers.

I went from downloading the app to try and it was so good. It has become a necessary app/tool in my iPad and iPhone. I can have my own PDF book library thanks to GoodReader !!!

I just need an app to rotate a PDF to the right. That feature is locked behind an $18/yr subscription! If the base app was free maybe I could understand.

I bought this app because I needed to rotate a PDF on my iPhone. Unfortunately, this feature is only available after you also purchase the Pro Pack subscription. It would have been nice to know I was buying something useless before I bought it. Also the user interface is terrible. Nonstandard widgets everywhere. Why???
