When I try to enter my RV info and get to the engine manufacturer field, the app crashes. This app needs some work.

I paid for two years of Good Sam Roadside Assistance. But when I try to log into the app it says that my membership has expired. I emailed them multiple times. They have not been able to solve it. I guess I need to find another firm for roadside assistance.

I have the same issue they have had for years - the app throws you out every time you try to fill in the engine type, and won't let you save without the engine type.

Just want to be clear this review is about the app, not the service. The app is horrible, have needed it twice and there is really no connection between the app (when it even works) and the agent you speak with. And if you call an agent it doesn't update the app info. These people obviously don't understand how databases work.

Horrible. Couldn't register the app once downloaded. Then could not get responsive assistance from Customer Service personnel.

I'd give roadside assistance a half star if it were an option, or even a quarter star. I called in for assistance for a flat tire today. The IDIOT at the call center could not find our membership. When she finally did and I attempted to give her the address since she couldn't find it on gps I had to give her the name of the street and spell it for her SIX times. And repeatedly tell her what the problem was. How many ways can you tell someone you have a flat tire. The assistance didn't come at the promised time so I called to let them know and THIS idiot couldn't even find the order EVEN AFTER I GAVE HER THE REFERENCE NUMBER. A survey came in on another line. It was an automated system and Gee! It didn't work. We will be canceling our membership and returning to AAA. IDIOTS IDIOTS IDIOTS. Carolyn AZ

I've gone through several generations/updates of this app. There is one consistent fact that ties all of these versions together: they don't work. If you cannot register your account on the app, what good is it? Calling the customer support line is also frustrating because their advice is to talk to the app's developer. Really? I hope that Good Sams Roadside Assistance works better than their app.
