Tire change

We had a blowout on our way home and tried to change tire ourselves. Lug nut was stripped and we didn’t have the right tools to get it off. The gentleman arrived fast and took the tire off with his tools. Thank you! It was a very good experience.

The app shows my subscriptin has expired, card says valid to 2022. If i need service the app wint work.

I love the ability to use the app to request assistance! Requesting made easy, ability to track your “rescuer” and also ability to share the tracker with concerned loved ones!! Gives my husband peace of mind knowing I am taken care of when he’s an hr+ away he can track the process!
Currently locked out

I am currently locked out of my car and the app. Inside my car is my wallet, ID and card. Therefore I cannot give my GS membership number (which are saved in the app.) when I called customer service they hemmed and hawed about finding the member without the number and kept giving me a run around about the name phone and address listed. They claimed nothing came up when I just used it a few weeks ago. As far as the app itself, it is frozen on a previous request waiting page. Every time I try to cancel I get error messages. When I pointed this out to customer service, they offered no solutions and gave the previously mentioned run around. And in the city I live in, I cannot call the police to help me get in because they no longer allow it. So thanks for sucking super hard GS.

Never, ever, for months have I been able to configure this app for my vehicles/mber #. It does not recognize me, period. Quit wasting our time, the GSRA phone # is adequate.

Like several other reviewer‘s, this application does not recognize my membership information and doesn’t let me get into the application. Upon calling Good Sam customer support to try to solve this problem, I’ve gotten the worst answer from customer support I’ve ever heard in my life. “Sometimes the app does not work. You’ll need to call back.“ Don’t even consider wasting your time with this application. I’ve gotten the same result both on iOS and in the android application.

It does not work, at least for RVs you think that after years they would have worked it out but apparently not.

I like the Good Sam’s service, but I have tried multiple times to get the app to work and it always says there is a problem and call the hotline. The hotline does not offer app service it just gets you a person to help. The app is worthless.
