What good is an emergency app if you have to fill in all your info to open it? I should not have to keep my account number in my notes so I can open the app.

Trying to add our vehicle just says "something didn't work - call us / try again". Never able to add our RV.

The app will not let me add an RV to the "my vehicles" list. I get to the last field which asks for engine location(mine is in the rear) and the drop down choices pop up and then immediately disappears. I have updated my version to the latest and it still doesn't allow me to enter my motorhome. Pretty sad, given that this app is supposed to be for RVers.

This app has not worked in quite some time. Won't allow you to fill out vehicle info. New update today did nothing to help and no change for good

Won't allow you to enter a vehicle. If you call in to customer service to have them enter a vehicle (good luck with that!), the vehicle still doesn't show up in the app. What is the point of this app?

This app has never worked properly or been a good design. Now I can't even get it to open. I hope their service isn't as bad as this app. This alone makes me want to go back to AAA Roadside.

Not sure why you can't add a motorcycle to the vehicle list when customer service claims motorcycles are covered in the roadside assistance. Worries me that if I ever need it for my motorcycle someday and its not listed that they will claim suddenly that it's not covered. Seems like a simple fix to the app to allow motorcycle brands or just a generic motorcycle to be added to the vehicle type pull down menu under the recreational or passenger category of vehicles.

Worse app I've ever "tried" to use. No option for 2017 motorhomes and their idea of the model is the engine type. Only engine location option is "back," uh no, our engine is in the front.
