Currently locked out – Good Sam Roadside Assistance Review

I am currently locked out of my car and the app. Inside my car is my wallet, ID and card. Therefore I cannot give my GS membership number (which are saved in the app.) when I called customer service they hemmed and hawed about finding the member without the number and kept giving me a run around about the name phone and address listed. They claimed nothing came up when I just used it a few weeks ago. As far as the app itself, it is frozen on a previous request waiting page. Every time I try to cancel I get error messages. When I pointed this out to customer service, they offered no solutions and gave the previously mentioned run around. And in the city I live in, I cannot call the police to help me get in because they no longer allow it. So thanks for sucking super hard GS.
