Crap App
Justastupidname
Get an error when I try to add a vehicle or trailer. Figure this a waste of time and not a priority for Good Sam anyway. Guess I need to use my phone.
Good app but has issues

So I requested for jump start and lock down service through app which worked flawlessly. But apparently even after more than 3 weeks app shows my “rescue” is still in progress!! And bad part is I can’t cancel this menu to go back to home screen (or even option to jump between menus). Will try to reinstall app to see if that helps but this is not acceptable if I have to reinstall app every time I need to be “rescued”.
App does not support RVs???

After renewing my roadside assistance, I decided to download the App. Adding a car was easy... But when I tapped the line to add an RV a pop up appeared to say that “RVs of any kind are not handled through our app”!!! I needed to call a toll free number to complete my request. So what is the point of having an RV app that does not support RVs?
Buggy to the point of being unusable

I successfully registered and got assistance with jump starting my vehicle the first time I used the app. After that, it would just keep refreshing and giving me the service confirmation screen from that one time over and over and over again. Even when I deleted and redownloaded it. The good Sam website is similarly broken and useless, my registration went through just fine but then I can’t log in after resetting my password multiple times. Please, please get some developers on this.

Locked our keys in our vehicle. Paul, the representative, took our information and contacted a local locksmith which arrived quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you
Please add membership card for Apple wallet

This add is pretty simple. It needs a setting area to modify personal info and a virtual membership card that we could add to Apple wallet on an iPhone.

New member of Roadside assistance. No way to find my account on the app. In addition, it took two calls and emails to even activate my account online
