Worst app, Not helpful at all. Can not clearly see or find campgrounds easily at all. Even plane old google is far better. Good Sam should be darn right embarrassed!! Until they make this app worth while, just don’t waste your time on it.

This app is not working at all. I can’t get any response to anything I try and do with it. It used to be good I don’t know what happened. Please fix it or I will not renew membership

Poor App and web site

Just received an email to confirm my account info. It states I will have a much better experience because the app is being updated. It refuses to let me log in. It says my email is not associated with any account, but they managed to reach me with that email address. I cannot reach roadside assistance either but it takes me to a page to sign up for roadside. It seems I’ve had trouble with these same things each time I have tried to use the app/service. I do not feel this is a very good app nor is it good customer service.

I won’t renew. Unfortunately, I had no way to rate you ZERO stars. Website is useless. Your park grading system is totally useless. No correlation between park actual conditions and your rating system. Give it up. Actually, it’s obvious you have already.
