Worst bank and customer service. Ever. – GO2bank: Mobile banking Review

I have been jumping through hoops for THREE WEEKS now trying to get the bonus I was promised for signing up with them. Every time it is “we need this…” or “please verify that…” and I have done everything they have asked until I said enough is enough, either do as you have promised or don’t and close my account. I was supposed to get said bonus within 48 hours per their own terms and conditions and I have now wasted hours of my time trying to get this sorted out. Worst. Bank. And. Customer. Service. EVER. Update: still haven’t received my bonus. Thanks for the response, but I am well aware of the terms and conditions. It has already been confirmed that I qualify. But for some reason they keep shoving me around and demanding I provide more info or wait another 24-48 hours. Someone was supposed to call me back today…how much you wanna bet they won’t? I was literally in tears the other night by the time I spoke to the last person I talked to. Just terrible that a company would EVER make a customer of theirs fee THAT frustrated and mistreated by them. Update: still haven’t received my bonus. BUT my call gets escalated every time. About 3 times a week. Surely, something would happen after that much escalation? You would think anyhow…. Update: still nothing. Someone was supposed to call me today and update me. Never did. This bonus was, again supposed to be deposited within 48hrs of completing the conditions. That was at least a month ago. I have been told that this would be resolved within 24-48 hours at least 5 times with at least 48 hours in between. It has been confirmed multiple times I qualify and have met their conditions still nothing. Guess I will update again after I call (again) tomorrow. Another update, the “developer” keeps responding with the same scripted response. I already received my email. I also already spoke to your so-called “customer service” and am now dealing with your corporate resolution people. Nobody has come up with a resolution yet. So, in another 48 guess I get to call again. Update: it is now late Monday night early Tuesday, still haven’t heard from anyone and didn’t have a chance to call yesterday. But you had better believe I am calling today. I qualified for my bonus on October 27th and STILL have not received it nor been given any further info. This is unacceptable.
