Never deposit money on time, always different. Won’t send texts for deposits even though it says they do. Won’t take phone calls when you do have a problem.

I have been on hold for hours trying to get ahold of somebody because my card was flagged for fraud. I’ve had a child support card for over 10 years and it’s never gotten flagged. Nobody answers to the number on back of the card and I’m out in Tennessee! How do I get ahold of somebody??

Terrible. Disabled account 2 weeks in a row and takes over a an hour to reach support to re-enable

The app is alright but the login process is awful user experience. Most apps have updated to Face ID and this one requires so many processes just to check the balance it’s insane.

This app is HORRIBLE.. it never remembers anything no matter how many times you click remember me. You’re better off calling to check your balance.

I rarely used the app after downloading But now I’m working on a strict budget and really keeping up with where my money is going. I forgot my log in credentials hit forgot username but never received the promised email after several attempts I’m just done.
