The app is very simplistic with no added bells and whistles. It gets the job done, but I’d rate it higher if it had fingerprint or facial recognition abilities.

Love the app lets me know my balance so there is no getting to the counter and find out you don’t have the money to pay

Was issued this card to receive child support on. Didn’t ever get the first card had to ask for a new one and it took forever. If you need to talk to someone on the phone expect to wait a really long time. Otherwise no problems with the card or login or the app.

I received this card and use it to have a food box service delivered and have the amount charged come directly out of this account and at times the amount pending and the actual amount will differ and the correct amount will come out, but the “pending” amount which has also been deducted does not fall off, thus tying up more money. I have pending amounts from Aug that have not resolved. Extremely frustrating.

Other than having a delay receiving the card, therefore having to request a replacement during an already stressful time, everything has worked much smoother than I would have ever imagined. Much easier to use than my actual bank card in fact. To be fair, the original lost card could have been postal related.

I was hacked and the victim of fraud by some one who opened a grub hub account with my card number and hit six restaurants for about 150.$ It was impossible to get the money reversed to me . I could actually reach grubhub who deactivated the account but couldn’t reach a PERSON at Way2Go! Other than that it was a good app.
