I’m getting very irritated with this app not working. It’s been messing up for weeks now. It’s getting old.

This app is okay. I wish it utilized Face ID or at least remembered your password so that you don’t have to keep typing it in. But once in the app I have the ability to transfer funds and see balance.
No customer service

Every time I call this card I get charged money and I can’t speak to someone. I’ve spent 3.00 trying to get customer service to remove a block on my card and no help.

These cards are stupid and the app is a complete disaster. Can’t enter in password without getting an error message. It would be nice it if would work properly, but it doesn’t. Very frustrating.
Terrible - No Access to Live Agent

My ATM withdrawals are being cancelled with each attempt so I cannot access my deposits & the app has no way to chat or email anyone. When attempting to do anything on the app it is telling me my information does not match but in my profile it is all correct. Also, the app does not recognize the CVC code on my card. The have money for my son that cannot be utilized for him. PLEASE, HOW DO I SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT?

I was using this card and it worked well for about a Month. Then it dropped my username and password. When I tried to reinput the information, it wouldn’t take it. I tried to reset it, it wouldn’t accept my information even though I’m sure I entered it correctly. There is zero phone support. Not a good option for anything. Use something else.

Ever since it has been switched to this app, I have not been able to look at my account at all. I have tried different phones and even a laptop. This app will NOT work for it. It has been a complete hassle. I have to rely on the phone number and that takes 50 cents each call, which adds up. Yes, I have to withdrawal it all just to use it. I hate it. I rather have the old app back. This one is just useless and a hassle.
