I don’t like this app nothing about it, when it charges for things don’t say the specific many just a bunch of codes keeps charging for I don’t know WTH and customer services is bad they will charge you even if the phone hangs up or gets cut off and the way it’s over literally in hour in a half this company is awful I seriously hate it and the transfering takes for ever they love to charge for everything!!!!! The worst!!!!!!!

They refuse to transfer my child support amount into another bank account. Keeps saying they can’t find the account. Ok you’re a financial institution it shouldn’t be that difficult. They are holding my money hostage. I will be reporting them to the government.

This app does not work! It tells me to enter all my information , including the card number, and it goes to say that none of it matches my profile. When clearly, I’m using the same information to get my card balance by phone. This needs to be fixed!

Hello, I am very happy with the app itself. I am having an issue getting ahold of costumer service. After unsuccessfully being able to change my password in app however. I keep trying different password. Yes I knew I would be have to call and verify and I appreciate that level of security. Yet when I finally found the proper costumer service phone number. I lost my card so through the automated prompts I asks for my pin. If someone did indeed use my card and knew me. They would be able to switch the password.I need to cancel the card and be reassured a new one. This is daunting. I have over $600 of deposits made via child support services and cannot access them. Because I cannot get a hold of customer service pass the prompts. Help! I have had nothing but good experiences with Way2Go and would suggest this company. Can anyone please let me know how I can resolve my issue? Thank you

I think it needs to have better information on where the purchases are made. I had a few transactions made by other people internationally with no location or any information to where I could get my money back

The app constantly alerts me for about 3 days straight through email and texts for the same deposit amount. The app also doesn't save my login information after three uses.
