It batches transactions like once a week, which makes it a lot harder to manage. I know the switch was for the chip, but I would say it was a downgrade from what it was before.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

So a month ago, I had made a fraud claim but never ended up getting my money back or my card. To begin with, they took FOREVER to answer the phone and sounded fishy when asking for my information. The person on the phone sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing... time goes by and nothing. Today I got on the phone again and after waiting over half an hour, the lady hung up on me bc she pretended not to hear me. I asked her why they had removed $99.52 for a “credit adjustment” and she said that it was actually money they had put back into my account. 1. That was only a QUARTER of the money they took. 2. The balance of the transaction on my account showed a negative # and when I asked the customer service agent she that was money ADDED to my account.. but then I said my balance was $0.00. Idk why any adjustment would show a negative sign.. first time I see that. She was also rude and unclear when asking about when I had seen the negative amount balance on my account. These people need to train their staff better and get it together. It shouldn’t take over a month to receive a card, much less to get my money back when it was obvious that fraud was committed on my account. Unfortunately I have to deal with this because I lost my job and I guess I was “fortunate” enough to receive money from our oh-so-generous government. Hopefully I never have to deal with this again. It’s been a NIGHTMARE!!

I love this app it makes it easier to check my balance and keep up with my spending history and my husbands card too

I’ve never had any complications with my card, but I have never had to call customer service either, ??♀️maybe I’m bias. Tha app however is a whole nother entity, I log in directly online, it never recognizes my password!!!! I’ve changed it so many times I couldn’t remember what I used??♀️.

The card is great but it charges you and so does the ATM so you actually lose money

Can’t activate card on the app! Keeps saying wrong info and card will lock! Doesn’t do any good to call customer service either.

As long as our country are successfully maintaining the internet service, ensuring ideal ways to manage on-line banking, it is indeed such helpful services for the people to manage money efficiently. I know in our current lives there is always ways to maintain a pro survival way of managing money, but let’s not forget to be humble & kind to each other to ensure our environment and the people with their jobs on hold or set back due to the COVID-19 ease our concerns.
