I kept trying to delete what I thought was mail. Nope it’s clickbait ads! Inside my gmail. Happened after I turned on inbox categories. Turned off the categories ads disappeared. Don’t do that

I have been using my gmail account for as long as I can remember , but google shut down that account. The account they claim is my main gmail account has a typo in it. Now I use iCloud.
Latest Version can’t add account

Usually happy with the Gmail, until an app upgrade requires me to re-add my account. Now no options to add accounts work. So it’s become useless. And no way to open a support ticket on Google website.

Please please please please please please please please please! Make Gmail be able to be compatible with iPhone and iPad to mark up on emails, not attachments, but on actual emails. I find that I need to make notes on emails that are sent to me that are just for me when I file them away please make this possible!! I would be so grateful! Do it soon!! I know it’s possible.

Come on Gmail
Gmail app is not sending notifications to my iPhone. I have turned on all notifications, reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone. This just started in January. I hope you figure out what is causing this miscommunication.
