Sync issues with main server

After using this app for years, I just started noticing recently that the gmail app is not syncing correctly. In a browser I’ve got 4 emails in my inbox. Apple Mail.app on iPhone, iPad and iMac are all showing 4 emails as well. But the gmail app has 6 emails. There are two extra old ones - one from a month ago and another from 3 months ago. Maybe this has to do with the “Sync settings” which is a slider that goes to 30 days. If that’s the case then apparently any email that lingers more than 30 days in the inbox will automatically be out of sync. So if you process the old email on another device it will still remain in this app. Unacceptable, The gmail app needs to reflect what’s actually in the inbox - period.
Screen freezes when trying to do password resets

The screen on iPhone freezes when trying to do password resets. I got another new phone, but the password reset/frozen screen issue continues.

Since Gmail change up the app I hate it. They have a promotion section which doesn’t give me alert or badge so I never know when I have a discount coupon or even free points the App Store it as promotion i swear the promotion section is like spam never show any alerts unless you physically go and check it. The whole point of alert is to let you know you have a new email. I don’t check my email unless I see an alert or badge. I lost so much money because of Gmail compartmenting my emails. Every time I checked the promotion all my stuff already expired. I just signed out of the Gmail app and uninstalled it. So disappointed used to love the Gmail app.
Constantly have to restart the app

I’ve been having this issue for months now where I open the app and try to type into the search bar and the keyboard won’t come up so I restart the app, then I try to tap on the email to select it and put it in the trash or move it and none of the options at the top show up so I have to restart the app again. Sometimes I end up restarting the app 3 times within a minute or two because it just continuously glitches and I’m not able to use it properly. Would love if this got fixed as I need this app for school and work. Otherwise it’s a good app just frustrating when I have to constantly restart especially when I’m on a time crunch.
Does not work as all in one

I use this on my I phone as they have a great app. Problem is it does not work with my Microsoft exchange account. None of the downloads or images display. If that would work I would give this app 5 stars for sure.
