I like this app, don’t get me wrong, BUT WHY CAN I NOT CHAT ON MY IPAD!?!?!?! I can do it on my phone, but I don’t have spaces in Gmail on my iPad and I’m really disappointed in Google because I don’t want to have to switch from my iPad to my phone just to look at my spaces. I literally just updated but I still don’t have Spaces.

I recently had to change my password for one of my Gmail accounts. On my iPad Gmail app, I’ve been locked out ever since because I now have to re-add that account and the “Add Account” screens seems to be completely broken as it doesn’t respond when I tap on the UI.

App logged out and will no longer respond to commands after selecting sign in. Currently useless.

No good way to delete emails

No matter what I do the sign in screens are always in Chinese. This makes life difficult since I always have to verify my sign ins, and sometimes I have to figure out what the screens are saying. The security procedure requires gmail to verify your signing using gmail on your phone, which doesn’t seem safe to me, and there is no option for normal two factor identification with a text message or something like that. Doing useful sorting of your mail is difficult and some things that I take for granted on other mail clients, like just looking at unread mail, don’t seem to be available. Here is an update. As a result of this review I got an email from Apple suggesting I could use the help center or contact the developer. Neither of these options was useful. The help center doesn’t address my issue and trying to contact the developer only gave a place to put screenshots. You can’t actual type anything or describe your problem in any way. I would be willing to start a new discussion thread, but there is no way to do that either.

I mean it’s good for work and all but…….

All I downloaded it for was for games…. And they just have something to say….. I have downloaded it and deleted repeatedly before but I do think it’s very good for work and important things!

Let me delete everything with 1 button!

If you’re going to charge for storage fine but then let me delete everything a lot faster. Sounds like common sense to most but not Google ?

Left side menu random

Left side menu randomly appears when opening the app and when switching between categories. Have to close and re-open app to get menu. Sometimes it stays, sometimes not. Still broken Was ok for a bit, but started random appearance of left side menu. Still broken GOOGLE! Nope, latest version still broke! GOOGLE, please fix Ok, here is what I observed. If I haven’t used the app for a while there is no menu (portrait mode). I close the app, re-open and menu appears. Then I use the app, and close it. If I re-open the app after a few minutes, the menu appears. Wait a long time, open the app, no menu.
