Can’t even sign in

I got a new iPhone and have to sign into my gmail account, except the app freezes and won’t advance past the second screen for setup, then crashes. I tried to report a problem, but the website said I “don’t have a purchase history” to match.
Mass Delete Option???

How is it 2022 and google has still not allowed us to mass delete emails on our phones? So many people would love this ease of use feature and have been asking for it for YEARS. And your “Developer Response” is always “please send your feedback to our developers” YOU ARE THE DEVELOPERS, DO YOUR GOOD. Good Job Google!!! You add all these small useless feature but not one that would actually help declutter our inbox’s. SMH.
Issues logging in

I am unable to log in to my Gmail account from my iPhone 11. When I enter my email and click continue, it just keeps loading and doesn't continue to the password screen. I have another Gmail mail account that I was able to sign into a few months ago, but when I log out it does the same thing. It keeps loading and doesn't proceed to password screen.

I recently got a new phone and I uploaded my gmail app but it won’t let me log in, keeps telling me to log in my info then keeps going to the same thing. So frustrated because I can not get into my email. I’ve signed in so many times but still nothing.
Message label problem

With latest update emails grouped under labels no longer have checkboxes next to them like they used to. Standard folders such as Inbox/sent, etc. still have checkboxes, but not those listed under labels I’ve added (like home, work, etc)

Great app. Itd be useful if I can create a new label in the app. I can only do that using desktop email.
Still the worst app for the best service

Googles obsession with failing their own chat services will never cease to amaze me. This app intercepts Meet links even when Meet is allegedly disabled, even when also installed as an independent app like a civilized human, making the Meet app useless and just like all inboxes in the app, it forces me to mix a bunch of data I do not ever want to see next to each other.
Gmail app keeps crashing when attempting to attach file

When attaching file by tapping the paper clip icon, the app freezes for a few seconds before closing itself out. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
