I wish the app will let the request to be submitted with the phones internet and not to wait for a WiFi correction

This is absolutely awful . Great idea with typical very poor execution.. way to go GM. I am on day three waiting on approval , customer very disappointed. Used 4 times, 4 times failed. Wow
I have wasted 2 hours and STILL haven’t gotten this app to accept my claim. The customer of this brand new GMC is going to so happy when it takes a month+ to get their new Acadia repaired.
It’s was a decent app until accessing your camera roll was removed for the pictures
App will not allow me to send to GM. If GM is going to create an app then it should at least function!!!! I called GM they blamed Apple and gave me a phone number for Apple and they said GM is the problem. Can somebody please fix this issue!!!
We all should be more involved in making products better. This app helps do that and it's easy to use. Goes directly back to GM. I think the video application could be improved.

Never worked on my older iPhone. Worked great on iPhone 6 and 6s - at least until the latest batch of iOS updates. Now I just get an error message when trying to log in. “Service workbench is currently inaccessible”. iPhone 6s with iOS 11.1.2
