There’s no option to reset password, haven’t been able to login in a long time.
This app is terrible. You can’t even filter to locate vehicles. This app is basically useless minus the tow look up.
I can’t look at my inventory and see what I have in stock. Whatever was changed Tuesday night screwed the app up.
App is worthless now that we can’t search what’s in our inventory. Fix it or forget anyone using it.
I have the latest IPhone XS Max on the latest IOS update. I am missing the “search” icon and I cannot see my inventory. Fix this
Removing the ability to search my inventory based on selected specs made this app absolutely useless. That’s 99% of what I used it for.

What happened to the GMFamilyFirst login? The employee website still points to download this app for employees? What happened?
I spent many hours looking for a contact to help me reset my password. I’m extremely disappointed at this moment. I have used this app for a long time to assist buyers make informed vehicle selections. I also deleted the app and reinstalled but to no success. I feel helpless.
As soon as I login and make any selection the app force closes on me stating, “Your session has ended. Please login again”. I’m new to selling Chevrolet vehicles and this would be a great tool but 95% of the time I’m unable to get passed the first click of a button.
