შეკვეთა არასწორედ მომიტანეს! დავუკავშირდი და სანამ გავარკვიე ყველაფერში საჭმელი გამიცივდა და გადასაგდები იყო (მაკდონალდსის ბურგერზეა საუბარი). ჯერ მითხრეს თანხას დაგიბრუნებთო ოღონ 5-10 დღეშიო ??? უარი რომ განვუცხადე კარგი ხელმეორედ მოგიტან შეკვეთასო და მომიტანეს ნახევარი შეკვეთა და რომ ვკითხე ნახევარი შეკვეთა რატომ მომიტანეთთქო ესე მიპასუხეს პრობლემა მარტო ნახევარი შეკვეთა იყო და მაგიტომო! ის რომ პირველ შეკვეთასთან ერთად მოტანილი საჭმელი გაცივდა და გადასაგდებია ეგ ჩვენი პრობლემა არ არისო! თქვენი დდშვცი
Nice idea, poor execution

There’s no estimate of delivery time, no option to leave a comment regarding service, ratings are either good or bad, no way to get in touch with someone, like their customer service, maybe. Good thing is you can call courier, but that’s about it. I haven’t used UberEats, but I have used Wolt, I won’t bother with Glovo anymore

Ordered breakfast at around 10:15 they kept saying the order was coming its now 12 and the order never came and i went to talk to the support team and no one answered me back

I can finally use my american credit card. Q tip to those that still can’t: write your change in the notes. Apparently the drivers either don’t see the change you specify in the app or don’t care enough to check it.

اسوء خدمه شوفتها ف حياتي و خدمه العملاء بيضحكوا علي عميل يقولو المندوب استلم الاوردر و محدش استلم و الطلبات بتوصل بعد ساعه و اتنين و مفيش اي اهتمام للعميل و انصح ان محدش ينزله

Ти замовляєш, чекаєш, а через півгодини (а раз - через півтори) тобі приходить повідомлення про те, що твоє замовлення скасовано. Бо в них або немає кур’єра, або він кривий (не вміє читати), або йому дуже далеко їхати... Зношу
