They offer restaurants that are well outside your area and when you ask them why the order was canceled they offer to apology, only the recommendation to order closer to home.

I wish I could rate them lower. My first Account with these people was flagged for some reason. They wanted me to send my passport and my credit card information which seemed wrong. I stopped using the app. I tried again last night with a new account and that one was also flagged and I finally caved and sent my information as I was starving. After finally getting ‘verified’ my account was still locked- even though they said it wasn’t- I couldn’t place orders! I restarted the app and everything and even wrote back to them in their email and they just copied and pasted the email they sent previously telling me that my account was able to be used. Which it was not. I was finally able to order however the restaurant that I wanted to order from had closed during all this useless back and forth. Today I tried to place an order again only for them to tell me that my account had been locked YET AGAIN. When i contacted the support I told them the same thing happened to me last night. The bot pretending to be a person just sent me another email on what steps to take to verify my identity YET AGAIN. I rarely leave poor reviews but this app is annoying and I am deleting my account for good. 0/5 would not recommend

They are efficient and proffessional, plus they come with a handy environmentally friendly reusable bag. Not sure whether Glovo is available for night time deliveries though.
