One of the worst courier training and customer service app I’ve ever found

I’ve used this app for a long time for food delivery. Their courier training is minimal and their customer service is a joke. Basically, they never really help me when multiple times my order is delivered wrong, or never delivered. They don’t make any apologies or refund for intermediation and as a platform this is Alll the VALUE you can ever deliver. Also, how can you send me customer service response in Spanish when I am starving at midnight waiting for food?(zero customization for customers language preference). I already deleted this app. Never would return - that’s why they can only do in small countries.

The problem is when you open chat with online service once you leave the chat or exit application and come back when you press on message it won't open again

La aplicación te permite informar que no sabes si tendrás cambio, sin embargo no sucede de esta forma con la persona que hace la entrega. Deberían informa a la persona y exigir que tengan cambio.

ძალიან კარგები ხართ! უბრალოდ დიდი დიღმის მიმართულებაზე იმუშავეთ რო გაზარდოთ მიწოდების ობიექტები, ბევრ რაღაცეებს ვერ ვიძახებ ხოლმე, ასევე რუსთაველზეც, და შეკვეთას არასწორად როდესაც აძლევ მაგალითად შეცდომით კორექტირების ფუნქცია უნდა ქონდეს აპლიკაციას, ან შეკვეთის შეკვეთაშივე დამატების ვთქვათ ორის მაგივრად მესამე პორციისაც, კარგი იქნება! მადლობა

Lamentavelmente não correu bem. O que, aparentemente, pareceu uma entrega rápida, acabou por levar mais de duas horas, um chat que deixou de dar resposta e vários telefonemas por causa de um produto que não estava disponível vc (embora entenda que precisassem de me informar). Apesar de tudo, os artigos chegaram em boas condições e o estafeta foi muito atencioso e amável.
