Sale mucho más caro. El doble literal si contratas Glovo en carreras cortas. El día de hoy la carrera que costaba 1,85 con Uber o Cabify me costó 3,30 con Glovo, de eso le pagan al motociclista 1,65!!! Me lo enseñó él mismo! Injusto ! La empresa gana el 100% más ! Dos puntos menos: el costo y la des proporcionalidad en la recompensa a su propia gente !

I find it very often that orders are not complete. I’ve had food arrive that was in a broken container, orders that were incomplete and delivery people minding their own business to show up an hour later with the order that was now wear and cold. The only positive side of Glovo is that it allows for you to get food when you don’t feel like going anywhere... like any other delivery service. Also the customer service is slow and there is no option for calling the service people.

C’est ma première commande est j’ai été très satisfaite , je m’attendais pas que ça soit rapide merci bcp Glovo. Merci j’ai étais surprise vue que j’ai pu suivre les étapes de la commande. Ma suggestion est que j’ai pas pu commander macdonalds sur la liste des restaurants à harhoura .merci

Their customer service is an insult to humanity... all they do is ask your if they can close the ticket, without ever helping you. At best they offer you free delivery on the next order... like that helps anyone. App is great when it works, but they mess up to many orders. 3 out of the last 8 in my case.

La verdad es primera ves que la uso y quede impresionado, estan muy organizados y saben lo que hacen! Muy seguro! ??

every time I made an order it would take at least an hour+ to come, and 3 different glovo workers would call me. Super annoying and not worth it. I deleted the app, Deliveroo is far superior.
