Love the app. It is very easy to use - easier than browsing from the computer. It keeps my sizes and allows to see those if I want to review a sale faster. Checkout is a bliss. Sometimes there are issues with the discount codes.

I’ve sworn off gilt. They were very difficult to work with. I purchased several things (over 15 gilt offers, floor lamp, clothes), when one gilt offer didn’t work out, they refused to help me. It’s not worth the energy in doing business.

I love Gilt. I shop using the app weekly.... sometimes daily. Eeek!! I can always find what I’m looking for, from clothing, shoes, accessories to things for my home. The customer service is great as well. Very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Gilt and the level of service they provide.

I feel that Guilt provides us with an excellent shopping experience! They offer so many great luxury designers and products that you would normally find at your higher end department stores and boutiques at discounted prices! The same type of idea like T.J. Max and Ross’s. Only way better and you get to shop from anywhere you are! Wether at home or while waiting in the long line at Starbucks! The app is so user friendly and easy to use! I personally never had any issues with the app and I promise you, I am on it probably just as much as a 16yr old girl is on twitter and FB! A LOT! What I like even more about Gilt, other than its ease to shop, is the customer service! You always get a live person on the line when you call. Such a plus! What’s even cooler, is that since the company is based out of Ireland, the customer service staff have the cutest accents!! Gilt’s staff is extremely courteous and helpful! I’ve had a few instances where I needed to call, (for example, when my candle jar was broken from shipping.) and when I did, the sweet Irish lady was so helpful and nice to me, ultimately making the disappointment of not being able to burn my new candle just yet until the replacement comes, just disappear! I was no longer disappointed and hung up the phone with a smile on my face! You don’t get that type of customer service from many other places, I promise you! When you live out in the country in the hills of Tennessee, online shopping is a must! With that said, I have to admit that I have had my share of bad customer service experiences! So far, not with Gilt! I bet it must sound like I am either an employee of the company or perhaps a part of their PR, with the intent of trying to rack up more positive reviews. I promise you, I am not! Just a city girl who now lives in the country and now has to do all her shopping online in order to get the latest and greatest! I get it all on Gilt! Y’all should really give it a try! ?
New app is terrible

I dunno what these folks were thinking. One used to be able to go in, see what’s on sale in cool groups, browse, and buy. Now it’s more about what it “thinks” I want to buy, and browsing is buried inside the app. Someone got too creative trying to make Gilt into something it’s not. Be a flash sale app. Please.
No option to edit card payment

Hi, at the last minute I couldn’t tell if I put in the correct security code (I didn’t have my glasses on). But it would not allow me to go back and view my card information after it’s inputted. You can only add new payment option. I went ahead and placed the order anyway, without being able to go back and confirm my info, guess I’ll find out if/when the order goes through or not. You should add an “edit payment” option to the payment option window.

I love the Gilt app the only thing I would love to see is more deals for the Los Angeles Area. I would love to use Gilt over Groupon any day of the week.
