I used to love shopping on this site, now it’s impossible! I keep getting redirected to the app, which I don’t want, I don’t have enough storage for yet another app. I bet you are losing lots of buyers this way.

Used to shop, now it’s bad

I used to shop gilt, but last summer I tried to buy a Prada purse. My card was ran and then when I tried to log in for status I kept getting an error. I started a new account with my work email to make sure I got the Prada purse and again it gave me an error. Kept checking bank account from initial purchase and it showing pending for almost a month and then the charge went away. I emailed customer service about my account because it became suspended?! And their response “you need to call in”. Um no. That’s the purpose of having online shopping. I have four kids, run a business and literally have no time to be placed on hold. Sooo no more gilt customer, but am a happy customer of their immediate competition.

I been noir membership with gilt many years but they been going down the hill horrible customer service I purchase a Rolex watch 4000$ but the crystal scratch and water not resistance not a quality trusted first time wear them to gym and sauna and notice watch had steam inside the Rolex unbelievable and I would like to make a another Exchange or return , hope that Gilt trusted had a good answer for these problem be fair .

The sales and the customer service are outstanding. Everyone is always very helpful and accommodating. I’d like to be able to provide feedback on verified purchases. It’d be good to know if a particular item runs narrow, or has a not so great zipper, for example.
Lost useful tool in waitlist

The latest update removed the suggestions from the “unavailable” items list in my waitlist. I routinely scrolled through unavailable items to discover brands I may not have known about. Now I have to click on a specific product to find suggestions under that item. More hassle to explore. Please change it back.
