This used to be “The” place to find those exclusive must haves and wants. And while they do their best to keep up with the competition by selling exclusives... it’s still not what it used to be. This 5+ year customer is dissatisfied with the change in their tiers, shipping to include international as well as the customer support responses which fall short of addressing the issues at hand. I only shop here on a whim from time to time knowing that my order may take up to 2 months for delivery, outside of their delivery window. C’mon Gilt, I used to truly feel guilty for shopping non stop but now, it’s just not worth my time.

Been using Gilt for about 4 years now. A young lady I worked with appreciated good taste and chi chi things as do I , so when she showed me this site, I was hooked. Great selection ; prices a bit higher than other similar sites but love the search function. I do wish you’d offer an annual price on shipping.

What happened to notifications?

I have used this app for so many years and it has gone down hill as far as ease of use goes. What happened to notifications on new sales? I shouldnt have to open the app everyday to browse sales when I’m Premier level. In the past, you were able to set calendar notifications for upcoming sales so you knew as soon as they opened. OR if you had status you had early access and were given a heads up as well. Also, the point of having status seems to not matter. Almost all of the items I want to buy I have to get on a waitlist for, because the item is sold out and I never get off the waitlist. Not sure what their system is but it does not work. I would literally buy everything from Gilt if I was actually able to buy it!

We need at least 15 minutes of reserve after adding an item to the cart - 30 minutes would be optimal. Also, would be great to have an option when an item is waitlisted to notify us via text and/or email when the item is available again; perhaps even an option to automatically bill and ship it IF it becomes available. Overall a solid experience.
