Terrible layout. Shopping list disappears. Not easy to navigate. If I sign in on my PC and create a shopping list, it won't show in the app even though its the same username and PW. And if I load digital coupons while signed in on my PC, the app will update to reflect the loaded coupons. But not the shopping list. It makes no sense. I hate it.

Completely unusable.

I've never written a review for an app before but felt it necessary to provide input in the hopes that someone at Giant will change this! I can't log in or update my account, every time I open the app it redirects to the webpage to update and then tells me I already have an account. Yup, no kidding, I'm trying to use it. Every time. I've never been able to use the app because of this. Same problems as previous reviewers. I am going to find somewhere else to shop where I can load coupons.

Need coupons for Peapod!

I'll give this app five stars if you allow coupons to be redeemed for Peapod deliveries, which is how I buy 95% of my Giant purchases. The only thing this app is good for is checking gas points. Useless.

Won't create account

Have tried multiple times to sign up. Enter all the info, pick my store, etc then it says We are unable to create account at this time , try later. I give up! Very frustrating.

This app keeps logging me out. I don't memorize my password at the grocery store, I make them complex for security. So that's useless. Search terms need to be broadened so I can find coupons without using exact words (toilet paper vs bath tissue). Also, the coupons should be categorized for easier browsing. Basically, it gets 2 stars for sometimes saving me money and giving me free stuff. But the app could use a huge overhaul.

Where's the Shopping List?

I can't find it anywhere. The Menu button in the upper left side does nothing. Selecting from circular view is better but the loss of the list feature is bad.

It's nice to clip and load the coupons, but I am constantly having to sign back in to the account. That needs to be fixed!

Have had Giant card for many years. The App populates all my personal information but never lets me actually sign in so cannot do anything other than look at weekly circular. Cannot use digital coupons, see gas points or anything else. It's useless.

Needs options

On the coupons portion, it would be great if the loaded coupons also had a sort and filter option just like the unloaded ones. And like others, I have to log back into it quite often - it seems to reset a lot.
